Broadcast Game Sound Levels

The sound levels on broadcast games keeping being turned down in noticeable increments during the game. This is annoying (I know, first world problems) as I have to keep turning the sound up during games.

I run my Windows PC sound level at about 33 for most applications. I have to set it at about 67 for LoL broadcasts and VODs, and sometimes have to turn it to 80 by the end of a game. My whole family plays League. I enjoy watching the pros, and really appreciate the casters, the observers, and the generally high quality of the broadcast games except for the sound levels. I'm 64 and my old ears would appreciate anything you can do to help me hear the games better.
