When could Teemo be picked in World championship?
I never saw him on national tournament. That's really really disappointment!

When a team has nothing to loose? Thats basicly never the case though.
Not anymore, those crowd pleasing picks can only happen if one of the teams have nothing to lose
Teemo may work on all levels except the pro level. In fact my guess is as you go up in division you see him less. I mean the only challenger I know of that plays Teemo consistently is IPav.
When he gets a rework.
The last time I saw him picked was last year or year before. I think it officially set a record at the time for "most deaths of a top laner in pro play in that time." Believe the most was somewhere the year before with a top Maokai at 11 deaths.
Only seen him once a few years ago when Hai played him in the midlane. C9 won that game, but not because of Teemo. Hai gave us several early kills and fed pretty hard because Teemo is a free kill with a gank from a jg with a brain.
In SoloQ he and low elos, Teemo can be annoying and successful because those players don’t know how to play against him. Get the jg and the support and the top lane an early sweeper at level 9 and his shrooms become irrelevant and he can’t successfully hide anywhere. His late game team fighting is a joke as well, so you can’t count on him for much there. He’s just not a viable pick outside of low elo SoloQ.

Never. Teemo bring absolutely nothing to any comp.
