Esports waiting screen

asked support and they brought me here :D

I was wondering what you guys use to create the waiting screen in the championships. For example the one where it's like "C9 VS SKT" and then it shows the music playing at the bottom )Also wanted to know how you can make the title rotate). Sorry if I'm wasting your time but I just want to ask since we've decided to host a league tourney I want it to be the best it can be.
