"I hate Koreans dominating eSports"

Me too, friend, me too, but Koreans deserve it, you know why? Koreans trains way harder, with more than 12 hours per day, SSW plays 16 hours per day.

"It's stupid for western teams to train more than 10 hours per day." ~HotShotGG, when coaches/owners encourage their team with this type of mentality, and you wonder why the west is behind Korea. The sad truth is the more "no life" you are, the better you will be.

That's the nature of competition. Did you know depression is common in Olympic athletes, even the gold medalists?

It's an ugly, addictive beast, competition.

LCS teams would be closers to competing at Worlds with Korean teams if their season format closely resembled the Tournament format of Worlds. How can you expect a LCS team to be good at best of 5 series when the hardly ever play or scrimmage them.

I think a lot of you forget how much a commodity these teams are to the companies that fund them. Look at all the Korean team sponsors. ALL of the teams are funded by huge coporations that have a vested interest on making their team win. Korean teams , contrary to other regions, Have the best support network to nurture champion teams. So when people say , " o its because of their big brains" or " asians are just better at video games" thats not even remotely true. I bet most the korean players are forced only to play the game they are being sponsored by.

The problem is that when facing off the Korean's and Chinese teams are used to facing each other and not only have better practice matches against each other but NA and EUNE/EUW don't get the chance to practice against the KR/CN teams at all making it tougher for them. Basically an uphill battle.
