LCS Change Id Like to See

The only sport I can think of where a manager/head coach isnt allowed to talk to a player(s) during a game or match is tennis. Why cant LCS games actually have the teams head coach / manager watching the game and communicating with players and making calls/plays/whatever you want to call it and add that dimension.
