The only sport I can think of where a manager/head coach isnt allowed to talk to a player(s) during a game or match is tennis. Why cant LCS games actually have the teams head coach / manager watching the game and communicating with players and making calls/plays/whatever you want to call it and add that dimension.

You don't need a Riot piece of software, it's pretty easy to have one team's screens onto different monitors with some HDMI cords, monitors, and the mirror setting for dual + screen mode. The coach would not be able to see the enemy positions/ wards ect, unless it shows on a team member's screen and have the same info has his/her team. Keep in mind this is only for the coach, so no spectator mode would be used.
