Theres so much information about league including time, but it doesnt say what time zone.
Can someone list either the time or what time zone the matches start?

The lolesports.com website will adjust the displayed play schedule to your timezone (assuming you have the timezone on your machine set properly). To verify that, you can use the countdown timer to the next match on the page to figure out what time that will be in your time zone.
