People getting banned over a single game

So, two of my friends have now been banned permanently without any warnings for a single game, one game where both a friend of mine and the enemy team are going at each other; but because the guy on the other team has him and all his friends report one person, they get banned because of one game... that is one of the most broken and honestly stupid things I have seen in awhile, a simple look at the chat log would show that the enemy team was a high amount more toxic than my friend but even though, not only was the enemy team the ones who provoked us and much more toxic, my friend was the one who was permanently banned instead for a single game?

The warning was already given out in the form of Terms of Uses before any of us gets to play a single game - or even start the client.

I fail to see why we shouldn't be punished for doing something wrong. You either broke the rules or you didn't, how frequent or many times you did it shouldn't be the focus.

What others have done has nothing to do with what your friends have done. Just because other ppl are driving at 300km/h doesnt mean it is ok for you to drive at 150km/h.

Only one report is required for a game to be reviewed. Any report beyond the first doesn't really do anything more.

Your friend is being judged for their own actions. The enemy team will be punished for their own behaviour but it doesn't mitigate your friend's own punishment.

Mute them and report after the game. There is no benefit to retaliating.

Hey Guys, this isn't the best place to discuss something like this so I'm locking the thread.

  1. Post their chat logs.

  2. 9 people reporting this one guy is no different than just one guy reporting.

  3. Your friend should have received 3 games of chat logs in his client/email. Ask them to send it here.

Another reason on why you should A- mute the enemy team; what benefits or reasons are there to not mute them ? To have a friendly conversation - This is League; 10% luck, 20% skill and 70% toxic/raged 10 year old kids, what conversation is worth in discussing with a 10 year old ? B - Pretty much the exact same thing as A. but you should also mute your own teammates at the start to every game also, get behind teammates rage, take a kill or " KS" get raged at, take blue - Rage, someone dies halfway across the map that person rages. It took Riot about 8 years to finally add the ability to call out summs of champions with pings instead of chat, same with TP, Dragons etc - Chat/All chat is 100% useless. For now on, just mute everyone and play and mute pings also, especially once your team gives up first blood, or gets behind cause the rage/toxic flood gates will open at that point and 100% comments in chat are useless and could be avoided.
