RIOT I have a couple teams gonna face off tonight. And I need some help.
I was wondering if you could allow for real time spectating in at max 5 custom 5v5 matches taking place tonight at 9pm (cst)

I don't think you can. I've been casting at tournaments and such. They don't allow it due to cheating purposes. Its frustrating but its something you'll have to live with. I've asked a lot but it doesn't seem to be allowed so gonna go with no :c [sg-soraka]
