Could we bring back PENTAKILL?

I was just thinking how for last year's worlds they collaborated with some pop singers and made K/DA POP-STARS. I also thought about the rock/metal band PENTAKILL that made an album a while back. Since I love rock/metal and since worlds is coming up I thought about the event team or whatever it is bringing back PENTAKILL to perform. The catch, is instead of the regular champions who are in PENTAKILL right now, there could be a whole new band formed. I would like to know what you guys think as it is probably already to late for RIOT GAMES to change any of their scheduling for Worlds this late into the year. So I was thinking maybe this could spark some new ideas in RIOT headquarters. Anyways I would just like to have some more League of Legends Rock and Metal.

Pentakill is infinitely more interesting and fun than K/DA. It's just sad that K/DA is so infinitely more popular and makes them more money so why would they ever give Pentakill the spotlight again when they can just keep doing it to KDA?

in a business sense it makes no sense as Kpop is infinitely more popular than metal is atm. So it's much more likely we see more K/DA and IIRC they already had plans for a second K/DA release, or atleast for merch. I'd expect a new song as promo tbh.

That said there's alot of other more interesting genres they could pick from that haven't received the amount of love Kpop and ESPECIALLY metal have gotten from riot. we have pretty much no Punk, Grunge, Ska, Hip Hop or even regular rock representation in the current skinlines.

There's also really no point in releasing a second virtual Metal band when they could just release new songs under pentakill.

I've thought about the music skinlines and possible music skinlines alot, another metal skinline is the last thing i'm waiting for tbh.

quick edit: all this said i did hear some stuff about a possible new virtual band that riot got copyright stuff for recently. Considering the current musical landscape i expect some form of hip hop or alternative stuff. which means it's either gonna be dope as heck or hot garbage either way.

I love metal, but would rather not see a different metal band. Maybe a hard rock group along the lines of ACDC or if they want to really be silly make a hair band.

Unfortunately pop music in general is stupidly profitable and will continue to be an alluring option.
