As part of our Countdown to Worlds, we celebrate the Top 20 players of the World Championship.
Team - OMG
Region - China
Position - Mid
Signature Champions
Cool's back, baby!
Cool dazzled the World in 2013 with his stunning mid lane play, but was forced to take a hiatus from playing for several months. Though Cool's recovery was slow, and he hasn't always looked in form, Cool is now finally the player he once was - and more.
While it's his Ahri that has traditionally impressed fans and opponents, he is now becoming known for his top-level Yasuo play -- a champion that plays right into his superior mechanics. And the Assassin meta has led to him playing some of his favorites, like Fizz, as well as other in-meta mages such as Ryze and Orianna. It’s a sight to see, and luckily we’ll have a chance to see that sight at Worlds.
While Cool may not have proven himself against since last season's demo against Faker on the international stage, he has dominated China in such a way that his greatness is undeniable.
Check out the other players on the list!
