Golden worlds team icons and emotes

Would it be possible to make the golden worlds icons and emotes buy able separately or at least in their own bundle without having to buy the Kha'zix chromas. I've been buying one teams specific icon whenever it was available for worlds or any major tournament for the last few years, but this year i wont be able to due to not having the necessary RP and being forced to buy a skin i don't want or wont ever use. It might seem selfish but i don't want to use my cash/rp on the silver or bronze supporter bundle.

So i'm asking is it possible that the golden Icon and emote can be in their own bundle, bought individually or even bought with tokens for that matter?
