Why do some pro players take retirement?
even knowing that they have skills to be in international team still also money and fame too so why?

If you're a well known pro or just very good at the game you can make more money by streaming or boosting. And those 2 don't require you to scrim 14 hours a day and give up your entire social life.
the pro players legit put it in like 14 hr days of practicing and meetings etc.. like 7 days a week
its highly demanding and stressful
you have no personal life or time... you life in a house with alot of people and all you do is league
no real time for relationships etc
and as you get older in your mid 20s you want more in life... you want balanced
but to be a pro you cant allow that cuz of the dedication it takes to be at the top of your game
Money and fame LOL. Maybe fame....maybe.
A. Train 10-14 hrs a day, 7 days a week so you can win a regular split game and with enough hard work to win a championship or B. Have fun and play when ever you want streaming and get paid double what you were in the pro scene.
Not to mention the E-Sports scene while it's different in every Country some countries just look down on the E-Sports scene as nothing more than a "game" which it is same as other sports but being League is somewhat new 2010-2016 no one really takes it seriously enough to finalize it as a real career path.
Some players want to actually have a life. The E-sports scene right now isn't as benefiting as what some people make it seem. Right now League is between a rock and a hard place right now because it's fighting with what I said above ^^^^. Some players are becoming 20-25 years of age and spent half of their adult lives on a game instead of doing stuff that will actually get them somewhere in life instead of putting all their "eggs in 1 basket" to help a career path that might not actually become real at the end of the day.
Why do pro players retire, let me count the ways.
They'd like a girl friend.
They'd like a life.
They'd like not to have to share a single family home with 20 people.
They'd like not to have to play league 15 hours a day.
They'd like to make some real money
Lol @ Money: They make about as much as a minimum wage job. LOL @ FAME: E-fame, so important.
Because there's a real world out there and some people would actually like to see it.
It's a lot of work. Being good at league takes more than ten hours a day of constant scrims and practices. The amount of work and stress these players go through is insane, and some choose to not do that.
Also, it's the unfortunate reality that streaming makes infinitely more money than pro play, so some choose to do that instead of playing.
Or, simply, they want to end their career on a high note or got replaced by better players
I mean, look at Yellowstar for example, he could probably still play in some lower tier LCS team, but why should he tarnish the reputation he built with the amazing results he achieved in his career by doing super bad in the end of his career?
Think about some older guy like Patoy or zuna, they just weren't anymore able to hold the level requested to play
