How is 3rd and 4th decided when its a tie?

For both group A and group B the third and fourth seeds are tied, but for both rito has decided to screw me and put my 3rd pick 4th and my 4th pick 3rd. I just want to know the reasoning behind this.

GAM was faster in beating games than IMTandFNT. So they are higher. Might be the same for EDG since they went 1-1 with AHQ.

I'm pretty sure the tied teams play a tiebreaker.
