Hello, I'm a bit confused on how to roster and join a LCS team, I've searched and read plenty of guides and websites, but they are all vague on how to join one in the first place. Also, When does Rostering start, because I'm sure I already missed the sign up date if there is one.
I took your post as wanting to go pro. If it's LCS specifically that you're looking for, it first takes meeting rank and behavioral requirements. Especially in LCS case, it's also good to stand out in any way possible; the best way to do that would be through the Scouting Grounds in Preseason at the end of the year.
It's not necessarily like a standard job where you just apply for it and boom you're set. It's pretty complex that way.
You have to be at least Diamond (Diamond 1 if I remember right for NA), and everything else like Gemini Said.
