One the the best worlds i've ever seen
Say what you want about the meta, but these past few games have been ridiculously good. Unfortunately it's only korea and china left but either way I hope to see more games like these previous ones.

Even then, barring LMS (which looked ridiculously terrible compared to even na teams) every major region has showed that there are quality teams there. Misfits went to 5 games (leading in 4 of them) with the eventual worlds winners SKT, C9 went to 5 games against a WE team that basically murdered the draft in 3 of those games, while korea and jyna still showed they're the best regions. Hell, wildcard regions can even be proud as gigabyte marines got 2 wins despite having a roster/drafts that looked shite on paper.

MSF, C9, and GBM were all fun teams to watch, I didn't expect worlds to be very interesting because of the meta but since it was a passive meta everyone out to deconstruct it had really crazy games that adapted to how the meta was working. Surprisingly fun year to tune in.
I liked the year Origen was in, their macro level knowledge was never repeated, and how they wrecked multiple teams with it. Even SKT got scared of it, their genial plan was to push all 3 lanes minions and die often, that was the only counter they could do because not even they could match the macro level of them.
Last year i think was one of the most interesting final matches, SSG spirit could not be broken by SKT and they tried and those were long suspenseful games.
Season 4 Had to many great moments for me as a Western fan.
#1 TSM actually made it out groups (lul, they never beat the top seed, and SK Gaming was missing their roster :p). #2 This is for Kabum! The Kabum upset of Alliance, and C9 being the first NA team to take down a Korean team in years. #3 FNC vs OMG is still one of the best games I've ever seen. True group of death. #4 C9 gave SSW a pretty good run in the quarter finals, damn near forcing a game 5.
