The KT Rolster Arrows look to continue their unlikely march to a spot in the Korea Regional Finals, and an all Samsung showdown is on the docket for OGN Champions Summer. Following their upset of Logitech G Fighter, Neolution e-sports Full Louis looks to knock out their other half in AHQ in the GPL. And finally, the NA and EU LCS have a Super Week with playoff positions on the line across both leagues.

NA LCS

Games to Watch LMQ vs Team SoloMid - Friday, August 1st - 2:00 pm PDT / 11:00 pm CEST Lustboy, Team SoloMid’s newest player, faces a major test against first place LMQ. Heading into the playoffs, can TSM shake their penchant to lose to top teams? Cloud9 vs Counter Logic Gaming - Sunday, August 3rd - 4:00 pm PDT / 1:00 AM CEST The final game of the 2014 NA LCS Summer Split features a surging Cloud9 against a suddenly slumping Counter Logic Gaming. Unless C9 endures multiple upsets this week, they will be in the hunt for a first round bye. CLG will be looking for a victory to get a confidence boost going into the playoffs . Stories Around the League Old hat at the top - Team SoloMid and Cloud9, the two teams that have historically been near the top of the LCS, find themselves within a game of first place LMQ. At the bottom of the table, Team Curse’s brutal Super Week schedule (DIG, LMQ, TSM, and COL) has given compLexity a chance to escape the automatic relegation zone with a strong performance. NA and EU Bracketology - Super Week’s four games open up a plethora of scenarios. EU LCS

Schedule Games begin at 8:00am PDT Tuesday, Wednesday and, Thursday. Click here for a detailed schedule of games Games to Watch Supa Hot Crew vs Millenium - Thursday, July 31st - 9:00 am PDT / 6:00 pm CEST There is only a single game separating these two teams in the standings as they head into Super Week. They could be tied depending on how the games play out during the first two days of competition. Of all the games with playoff implications in Europe, this game stands out. SK Gaming vs Fnatic - Wednesday, July 30th - 1:00 PM PDT / 10:00 pm CEST Day 2 of Super Week ends with a classic SK Gaming vs Fnatic match. While SK Gaming have been slumping, and Fnatic has been on a tear during the past few weeks, records get thrown out of the window when these longstanding rivals take to the Rift. Stories Around the League Important Playoff Positioning - After 10 weeks of musical chairs in the EU LCS standings, ROCCAT sits in sixth place. SK Gaming has a one game lead over ROCCAT, and Millenium is only two games out of sixth. Ironically, only SK and Millenium play each other during Super Week, and that’s on day one, so the fight for playoff position won’t be settled by much head-to-head action. Brokenshard: A Ramblin’ Man - Brokenshard, the Copenhagen Wolves jungler, has crossed oceans to compete in the LCS. The travels have given him a unique set of skills both on and off the Rift. That set of skills will be a tremendous asset as CW head for a battle for their professional careers.

Korea’s OGN Champions Summer

Games to Watch KT Rolster Arrows vs SK Telecom T1 S - Wednesday, July 30th - 3:00 am PDT / 12:00 pm CEST The KT Rolster Arrows enter as the favorite in this match, but SK Telecom T1 S has shown a penchant to come out of nowhere with a big victory. They did it in Masters against Samsung, and they’ll look to do that again too. Samsung Galaxy White vs Samsung Galaxy Blue - Friday, August 1st - 3:00 am PDT / 12:00 pm CEST Another OGN Champions tournament features another Samsung Galaxy showdown. White beat SK Telecom T1 K to get here, while Blue looked shaky against the Jin Air Stealths. Should Blue’s lanes perform as poorly as they did against the Stealths, White will earn a spot in the Champions Finals with relative ease. Games to Watch OMG vs Star Horn Royal Club - Sunday, August 3rd - 1:00 am PDT / 10:00 pm CEST OMG swept Team WE last week, and thanks to a little help from 7th place Young Glory, have regained the top spot in the LPL. They get a chance to pad their lead against fourth place Star Horn Royal Club. An SHRC sweep would put another team into the race for first. Stories Around the League Back to form - Week 7 saw a new No. 1 in LPL after EDG’s win over OMG. That trend was quickly reversed as Young Glory’s surprise sweep of EDG knocked them back, and OMG scored a sweep over Team WE to move OMG back to the top of the table.
