IEM Ceremony and game start song

Hello Rioters I need a little help here, does anyone know the song played for a couple of seconds** at the start of every IEM matches ?** It has also been used in the opening ceremony (at 10:00) : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjqFe0peu-I&t=600 There's an absurd amount of people asking for it in the youtube comments and I can't find it anywhere on the web.
