If you had unlimited money and language wasn't an issue what team would you create?

So if you had the ability to poach any player from any team with no punishment, unlimited money and everyone knew a common language what team would you create that would win worlds? And if your team lost, you would have to spend the rest of your life at Camp 22 in Korea (Google if you don't know) so you better win.
