Esports is no different.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that uLoL is working with the Big Ten Network to broadcast the first ever BTN Invitational: A University League of Legends Event.
The Invitational pits the Ohio State Buckeyes against the Michigan State Spartans for the latest installment in a growing esports rivalry. This will be the third time these teams have faced off this year, after going 1-1 in their uLoL Campus Series regular season matchup and eventually meeting in the playoffs, where Ohio State ended Michigan State’s title hopes.
The Spartans will be looking for revenge during the BTN Invitational: A University League of Legends Event, which will be broadcast live from PAX East on Friday, April 22, at watch.lolesports.com and btn2go.com. Game 1 of this epic best-of-five kicks off at 12PM EDT.
