Is NA going to have a UNILoL?

For those who does't know, UNILoL means University of League of Legends where you can create or register your club in your University/College! I'm sure that would work well in NA server.

They do actually have this.
They already do. I don't know if they're planning to play the fall split or not due to the game overhaul.
