How to make my own Club and play for RP?

I posted a disscusion about free rp making things...Pretty much i saw that playing in a tournament gives u free rp...So i wanted to make my own sort of group or club which consists of me and my irl friends who play lol just like me...Sure im a low lvl but my friends are 100+ and tbh im pretty good draven adc lux support or yasuo mid which i sort of main...So my question is how can i qualify to be in a real tournament? I dont know anything about that...Anyone knows som?
