He saw the LB and the Lee coming on a ward, so if he turned back, the he dies and gives over the assist gold. It was a calculated loss.
Take a look at the map. Fnatic players were closing in; Sven was dead regardless, no matter what he did.
He tried to trade 1v1; that was the best he could've hoped for, since there was no way he could escape from lee+LB.
It didn't work and he looked incredibly foolish; however, the mistake wasnt the dive itself, it was the setup that left c9 overextended on top lane with no path of retreat.
Game 1. I'll let tunnel vision minded moves slide this early. If Game 2 doesn't look any better then the series can be pretty written up

My heart sank when i saw that happen. I really have no inkling as to how. Why. If i HAD to pick a reason its just gotta be nerves. there was just no reason.... even I would have known better than to do something like that.
Imo it's just nerves, C9 as a whole is not only once again the last NA hope but they are also the further they've ever been and ppl were already talking of them winning worlds.
This 2nd game has already been a 100x better game so far for C9 by far and Svenkeren.

Im not normally one to say something about wintrading but this... Jesus this crap looks like sven got demoted to silver 4 wtf. I came in kinda expecting fnatic to win but to at least have to fight for it but this is just garbage. Imo swap blaber in after that disgrace
