GenG vs Vitality
Has been one of the best matches so far. Tons of plays, the outcome was never a given, neither team had a clown fiesta moment.
Edit: Leaving behind rivalries and whatnot, you can't deny this was an awesome match.

This is EXACTLY what you get from a Vitality game! If they play close or play ahead, you can sure as hell expect them to keep pushing the "Go" button til it breaks.
It sucked that 4 of those early kills went on CoreJJ because when I was watching the stats, it may have showed a 2k gold lead but you had to effectively subtract a good thousand on it. Didn't feel too worrisome on that end but still impressive showing.
Liked a lot of the worlds games so far tbh.
G2 getting the dinger and absolutely smashing with it was a treat to see. Plus I love seeing Urgod and Aatrox being meta. Slow, immobile characters on the world stage. Blessed meta.
NA is a meme at this point.

Generally, the first day of Worlds has been fine. From the precise strangling of KT over TL, to the back and forth of VIT vs GENG, I'm enjoying this, and it's fun knowing that it doesn't seem as clear cut that there is one best team.
I really enjoyed this match too. I don't follow either team, but it was a really good watch.
