Can we get help making a constant weekly tournament group?!?!?

Community who see's this i'm a lonely player who seeks the old nostalgia of tournaments. I seek to Create a Tournament event each week, but to do so i First think that we should spread this post and give our community weekly soloQ tournament a name!

What do I mean with solo Q? I mean that each player or competitor who joins, joins as one unit and adapts with the team that person is on.

(extra stuffing below) just think of all the many different team compositions in the game and actually trying to cooperate and communicate with other random online players, but all while knowing this isn't ranked and this is simply a Fun practice tournament :) -stealth
0-knock up compositions (yasuo players) -traps(teemo,cait,shaco,jhin players) -late game scaling teams (Nasus and Viegar players) -tanky
-those compositions you never see, but always wish for as the adc (where everyone on your team goes either a tank with CC or a supportive champ) -heavy ad
-high mobility(hecarim,sivir,karma,zilean kled) -Global mobility for bush ganks(shen, reksai, tahm)

I'm just wanting to see a community tournament where its very spicey, diamonds with bronze players. Working well before the game starts by making team comps and then seeing how well the team focuses and sticks together instead of tilting into flames.
