Flex player for fantasy league
So I was just wondering, what exactly is the flex player for? Are they just to fill another spot, or are they like a sub to fill in if you want another player?

They are just an extra player to have in your starting lineup
In Fantasy football, a flex is a Wide Receiver, Running Back, or Tight End. So, it's basically an extra carry to score points for you. Putting an ADC or Mid laner there would get you the most points.
