Hiding LCS spoilers
Edit: It's been brought to my attention there is a VODs tab near the upper-right. It's both well organized and spoiler free!
tl;dr Toggle the display to prevent spoilers of a completed game.
Ok, let's get this out of the way: -SPOILER ALERT- (post contains results of NA LCS games played on Friday, Jan 27, 2017 and Saturday, Jan 28, 2017)
I wanted to voice some suggestions about the way game results are displayed over at http://www.lolesports.com/ The primary concern is about viewers who are unable to watch games while they're being broadcasted live. Watching a completed game requires the user to go through three spoiler-pages to reach the match they're trying to watch. Home Page -> Schedule -> Match.
The Home Page isn't too bad, as it only displays games played previously that same day, and needs you to scroll down to see them. http://imgur.com/N09vSUd
The Schedule is where the problems start, displaying not only the winner of the match, but also the current standings of both teams. For example, if you see a team is 2-0 at the end of Week 1, you already know the result of BOTH matches. The longer you go without watching a game, the more matches that could be spoiled by the current standings. http://imgur.com/c3Dg0FN
The Match page includes the same problems from the Schedule and then some. The final result (2-0, 2-1, 1-2, or 0-2) is displayed, plus it's all right in your face at the top of the screen (making it very difficult to avoid). http://imgur.com/KNsmaKC
All I ask is that these pages don't display spoilers by default, but instead have a simple toggle/button to have them shown. Examples: http://imgur.com/OcvO2tG http://imgur.com/kbUnN36
Since I don't know the extent of how many other players feel the same way, I created a simple poll.
Yes, I am aware these videos are also available on YouTube and Twitch. It's much more organized on this site than on YouTube, where the videos are stored as a large playlist. Twitch's videos don't stick around.
