What about Febiven or Rekkles, should they be in the top 20? Yeah, for numbers 1 and 2, I agree that it would be Faker and Imp.

as soon as doublelift was put on the list it was wrong.

I not even saying it as a joke doublelift should not make that list.

I think the list is mis-leading, because these players seem to be "the players at Worlds who need to perform to their highest potential or their team will lose", not "the best individual players at Worlds". I think many of these players have to either shot-call or carry in a major way to allow their teams a chance to win. If they go down, then their team goes down with them.

Assuming imp and Faker are the top 2, and subs are not considered

Who shouldn't be in: Doublelift, Westdoor, Bjergsen

Who should be in: Sneaky, GorillA, Febiven

On the razor edge could be pushed out of top 20: Aphromoo, Bang, Rookie

On the razor edge could be pushed in the top 20: Zzitai, Smeb, whoever between Acorn/Flame is the starter for LGD (likely Acorn)
