Hi, Dear Riot. My game name is Axyang, I'm Chinese and My friend Tony Top(used name 4444), Tony Top is my high school classmate, he also Chinese. he had to play League for 7 years. He has his own account in S4 NA. In school, he is a challenger but we know that he just a boy play the game very well he is weak never does hard work even part-time job, we all know e-sports cant feed the rest of his life. But, when I use to spectating his games very often I know that this boy trying very hard, I am a low rank but I like to spend my time watching he play I can feel his passion for e-sports. The passion I do not have in life, he is getting something we very want but no courage to do. He very wants to join teams in NA but he could not find a chance, He is very confused about his future career, He is in Canada for these few years he tries to get Visa to the United States but he gets reject 4 times, and one time he got an invitation letter from your company, still get rejected. He very wants to Participate in the 10th-anniversary celebration competition。I want Riot to give him a quota for the competition, that he can play in Canada. As he Visa get reject. He is looking for a chance in the stage and he is skillful. He likes LOL NA and we need him. We know he is one of the strongest Top lines in NA, His Ranking always on the top. NOW he is Rank 5.

He can try to join the esports scene in China... It wouldn't be right for him to represent NA just because he hopes NA esports are less competitive or more profitable. It shouldn't be allowed for a visa holder to represent a host nation in a prestigious international competition. Countries that care about a given competition should develop their own talent to compete in it, not just import talent from elsewhere. Rich countries shouldn't corrupt the competition by outbidding others on an 'international auction' for contestants. The rejects who can't compete in their native country shouldn't try to defect to a competitively weaker country either.
