The "Meta" of each major region?

I'm just curious if somebody wise in the ways of all things LoL Esport, could tell me what the core identity of each major region is in terms of macro strategy. Like what really sets Korea apart from the rest, NA from the rest, LPL from the rest etc. Unless I'm asking the wrong question and the regions all play the game in the same general way. I feel like with the same teams always scrimming/competing with one another that they would develop similar playstyles and similar counters to those styles. Thanks in advance.
