Subtitles in VODS

Dearest, loveliest Riot.

I have noticed that the VODS for regular season NA or EU, or for the playoffs do not have a subtitle option. At present I am freelancing, and in my freelance work I have transcribed text from video for the purpose of subtitles. Is this something I can provide for your VODs?
