Looking For Partners To Create/Build A Gaming Organization

Hello everyone! I am Cher or Vista and I have been in countless typical gaming communities that focus on 1 of 3 things, Community, Tournaments or Competitiveness. I know there are communities that have all 3 however it is not properly organized. What I plan to do is to make a perfect mix of these 3 categories. I currently have the funds to pay for a teamspeak server as well as a website however I want to get a partner or 2 who would like to create this organization with me and would share ownership with me.

What Will This Organization Have To Offer -We will have 2-3 Ranked teams that will be given coaching/Management support as well as entree fees paid by us for cash in tournaments that other organizations offer. -We will have a casual community with at least 50-70 members daily -We will have a active forums with at least 20-30 people checking it daily -We will have a professional Website that will feature peoples streams and it will have information about us -We will have 2 Riot Sanctioned Tournaments a week(Saturday and Sunday). -We will expand fast -We would support Streamers -We will have staff opportunities

K I'm unrelated to this but I just wanna point out you should be careful about throwing out "we will have 2 Riot Sanctioned Tournaments a week" and "we will expand fast" as those are dependent not on you but things outside your control like popularity and riot's decisions.

Side note if you want 2-3 Ranked teams, 50-70 casual members daily, and 20-30 people checking your forums and think that's a good size to promote a good community wouldn't expanding fast be kinda detrimental?

Just wanted to point those out as some constructive (I hope) criticism. I do like the idea you've thrown out there as well as the numbers. If you get too large then you lose the ability to be one community which is I think something you're aiming for. Good luck with creating this I hope you succeed.
