Team - Samsung Galaxy Blue Region - Korea Position - Mid Signature Champions Forget everything you thought you knew about Dade. Forget the feeding on Ryze. Forget his small champion pool. Forget his disgraceful exit out of the Group Stage of Worlds 2013. Dade is the best player in League of Legends. After his poor performance at Worlds 2013 and a finalist performance at OGN Winter 2013-14, Samsung traded him to sister team Samsung Blue. Since then, he has been an OGN finalist twice, won another Championship and an MVP as well as an OGN Masters Championship. SK Telecom T1 K’s Faker may be the household name, but it is Dade that is the superior mid laner. His mechanics have never been better, his champion pool has never been more in the meta, and his chance to win a World Championship has never been higher. Faker is better than Dade and I think Dade will not be as good as you predicted

Sooooo sick of people still riding the Faker hype train. We get it, Faker is good, but he isn't in worlds. Dade is, show respect.

Dade is only hyped due to him being on such a well performing team. His yasuo play was trash there and I thought he would pull a crazy windwall but instead goes in and focuses a support after getting the ADC.

He also was the 2013 Spring Season MVP and highest KDA of mid laners...

2013 Spring... y'know, BEFORE the Season 3 World Championships, where he absolutely wet the bed. I'm still busy counting the amount of missed Gragas ults in that game against Fnatic. Yes, he was statistically the best mid laner in Korea for a period before last year's Worlds, and completely choked when the lights were at their brightest.

Winning OGN is one thing, when it's mostly only Koreans watching. Playing at Worlds, the pressure is entirely different, especially when you need to perform in front of your own country's fans, or face the ridicule of a ravage internet fanbase for losing to a foreign country (assuming he doesn't lose to another Korean team).

TL;DR He's already choked on the highest stage possible after being named a Korean MVP. Who's to say he won't choke again this time, especially when his group counterparts consist of XiaoWeiXiao, xPeke, and Cool?

as i see there is a lot of fake vs dade. Dade is great player ofc and maybe at the Worlds he is best midlaner and 1 of best midlaners now...but bcs of meta. There is not many midlaners in world with Fakers champions pool. Dade have ryze, twisted fate, zed, yasuo, ziggs and. that is all. IMO Faker still is better then Dade...it is not about laning phase only and 1v1 without jungles (wtf? that is skill?). IT is about movement, map awareness, team fighting, laning, reactions, predictions... Faker didn't had good season or his team i say. But he played great consistently unlike bengi, mandu and piglet. SKT organsation know it and released pigled and mandu from team roster and i think bengi will be next. It will be risky move and that can ends in disaster, but worth to try.

I am a faker fan, his mindset on and off the rift is what makes him superior to dade. Dade's style of play synergizes better with Blue than Fakers does with SKT. Dade and Faker are even mechanically, in the 1v1's, faker always goes in while dade prefers to play safe, making Faker look childish in comparison. I miss the old SKT and old Faker but league is a young game, with years for SKT to make a comeback or for a new korean midlaner to sweep away with our hearts and our youtube outplay views.

Faker is second at most. Dade still will forever be at the peak of League of Legends.

Faker is not as good as he was in S3 Worlds, the meta changes, unfortunately his team didn't qualify as they did not adapt. Faker himself is one of the best mid laners in the world but I personally think Dade is better, his achievements speak for himself, he was in 2 OGN finals I think? On 2 separate teams? Please stop riding the Faker hypetrain and learn who your Dade is.

Faker exceeds Dade in pure skill But since League of Legends is a team game Dade is probably better there Really both are god like mid laners So I don't see why it matters

Dade is amazing no doubt maybe as far as decision making he is even better. But as far as mechanics this dude faker is just too damn good for me.

Riot is posting Dade as "There is a new king of League of Legends" Because they are unable to say that Faker is the king as his team did not make it to worlds. Had Faker and SKT T1 Made it, Faker would have been undeniably #1 on this list
