Even as we plead RIOT to give us the name of this song, no one knows it

So I've watched the S5 Worlds and at the award ceremony and Faker trolling a fan, a theme plays. I've googled for months, even Emailed RIOT as well as seen people make post similar to mine about this song. Reddit and facebook apparently have the ''full playlist'' of every single song used at S5 but this song is not on it. I've listened to all 99 songs Reddit has 4 times to make sure i didn't miss anything. It really sucks cause RIOT has that stupid Email thing where its like '' oh if your question can be found in one of our topics we wont reply to your email'' Like pause, if you know the answer to my email, then send me the URL to the answer. Don't just ignore my Email man.

It's sooooooooo stressful cause I literally watch this video or Award Ceremony song Starts at 17:21 Just to hear the song... it's annoying because the pod casters are talking over the song and aren't quiet for 5 seconds so my iphone can hear and try and find it. Like someone PLEASE.
