Expanding league of legends servers to arabian countries

Hi iam a a new league of legends player since 8 months nearly and the game was recommended by some friends iam 17 years old and 90% of my time is on lol anyways thats not the story .. my idea i about expanding the game to the arabian countries such as making a arabian region for gulf states and the countries near them sorry iam not that good at geography but as we know more than 75% of the petroleum income is from the gulf states and there is more than nearly 1 million player from the arabian country creating a new region will give a huge income to riot games + more competetive scene for these players who are willing to play with the greatest players of other regions there is tons of good players from arabian countries nearly 90% pays for skins and purchases alot of rp creating new region will make it easier for people who deosnt know the game or who have issues with the communities of other regions which make it hard for them to feel comfort with other players or with connections issue i play on euw and my pings is approximately 130 minimum and sometimes it get even higher the main thread about this idea is just expanding league of legends and this idea will give the game more popularity (even though its so popular now in the arabian countries) and alot of people willing to have fun and try it and they would really like to have a region like other countries and i think if the new region was created it will be filled with millions of good players who can join the competetive scenes and be as same as other players hope u like the idea and sorry for my bad grammer kappa
