Which is becoming a real interesting topic since we all know that NA just isn't near LCK's level or the other regions and mathematically should be better than EU(talent, hype etc) but it seems NA does indeed "choke" at international events. My question is if we do indeed say NA " choke again" is it really choking when we already know the answer/outcome of such NA results on such tournaments?

I would agree with that. That is why I didn't expect anything from TSM this year and I was right (despite the fans' tears).

But because they keep losing in a tiebreak, I think it is still fair to say they choke. Flat-out getting 4th would be losing, constantly getting tied for 2nd and losing seems more like choking.

That's true and TSM does have a broad history of choking when it matters most and that's why I personally didn't want anyone to vote for any TSM member at All-Stars(Fun tournament or not) Hauntzer and Bjergsen didn't deserve to go in my opinion.

TSM has a great 5 man roster and while they (COULD) do something this year I personally hope they don't make it to Worlds but instead gives 1 of the 3 spots that NA has to a different team that might/could/most likely will do better than them.
