Fizz went Wit's End instead of Hydra or Shiv.

no..they lost because of the massive 100 cs difference between the ad carries. The Fizz build was fine, who the hell builds hydra and shiv on him is my question.
Even when TL was ahead, their wave and map control was really bad. They still don't look like a cohesive unit.
