TSM Benching

Dyrus has shown that he's not equally as strong of a player as his other teammates. He should be benched for a different top laner.

Anyone in those situations would have been killed. He was 2v1 or 3v1ed many times.

They need to bench both Dyrus and Santorin Dyrus feeds early every game Despite knowing this will happen, Santorin just afk farms the jungle

nah dude it's totally a team issue. no reason santorin couldn't have dropped a couple trinkets and no reason why mid cant pick up some jungle deep wards. there were plenty of opportunities top, but it's neither of their faults entirely.

For never getting any help from the rest of his team and being able to keep up in cs and xp shows he is probably a better top lane than a lot of the top laners in the na lcs.

I find it hilarious Dyrus gets a pass on his feeding, and terrible map awareness, and poor play, while someone like Hai, with the same problems as Dyrus as far as team strategy goes, gets flamed to no end about how horrible of a player he is.

Hai was basically the Mid-lane Dyrus. Left to fend for his own, never ganked for by Meteos, left without farm, and had poor map awareness around his own lane, and continually got camped and killed by enemy teams. The strategy vs. C9 was camp Hai. The strategy vs any team will always be camp the guy who is the easiest to kill and shut down. There are a lot of players who get ganked and dont die. At some point, you stop blaming the team and you start blaming the player. If hes going to be left to fend for himself, you would think he would have the most wards of any top laner, when funnily enough, I'm pretty sure he wards the LEAST, further compounding his problems, and he has a weak pool, meaning you have issues like his Hecarim games where he is pushed up not playing the lane properly and getting wrecked. Again, just like Hai, but not flamed like Hai. I mean hell, when C9 first came up, Hai didn't even get blue buffs. Meteos kept all the buffs, even in pro play, and took most of the farm. But Hai was always flamed.

But people flamed him to no end, yet give someone like Dyrus a pass. Dyrus could avoid alot of his deaths, just like Hai could.

I guess its just because people like Dyrus, and don't like Hai.

abandoning dyrus is the strategy that tsm uses and its a stupid strategy.

I blame the team for not at all adapting to the camping Dyrus received. Santorin had 0 impact ever, trying to force a lot of ganks against mobile midlaners (Leblanc, with Bjerg on Chogath) or in disjointed efforts to help Turtle and Lustboy, who were honestly fine on their own.

I don't know why TSM refuses to trust Dyrus to carry, because he's NOT that bad a player. He probably isn't as mechanically adept as Bjergsen, sure, but he used to do really well carrying the team! In fact, it probably hurts his confidence that the team doesn't trust him to carry. They just leave him alone and hope he does okay, and that sucks.

Many of you appear to believe that Dyrus is doing poorly in the pro scene lately because he was abandoned by his teammates purposely in games. However, I don't agree with you guys. I think your just protecting him just because you like him.

DestructoDave has a reasonable argument.

If Dyrus continues to be part of the main roster, NA will see the fall of TSM once more.

I highly suggest you watch the video of Sheepe analyzing Dyrus and his "mistakes". It really sheds light on the fact that a lot of what Dyrus gets criticized for isn't his fault and it is a team issue.
