Is it just normal for tank junglers to get sightstone now in the lcs? I know about all the super indirect buffs to tank junglers through cinderhu, so is sightstone just part of the normal build now?

Sightstone is situational usually, but pros like it for vision control.
Yes..... this been going on for awhile now. You don't see it in SoloQ so much because SoloQ is land of noobs LoL..
IT requires that your team actively engages in vision control... which is rare in sub LCS play. Not only do you have to know how to place the wards... but the other team members need sweepers to clean up the enemy wards for it to be fully effective. In theory, especially after a big teamfight, you can ensure complete jungle domination over a region.
ALas.... it requires intelligence to use... which in SOLOQ is of course.......
