Looking for ADC for team

I am apart of a team that has been having some issues with finding new players. I you are interested please join the server and message the admin (me) and let me know. I need to pretty much know how your playstyle is, what adc's you have and if you are okay with being on a team. I am a pretty chill guy so if you hit me up ill check out your stats. its okay if they're not extremely good as long as you are willing to improve. There is no place for flame on this team. Constructive Criticism is always welcome but no flaming in or out of game. Once again if you are interested hit me up on discord or league of legends and me and a few members of the team will check you out. I am really big on mental stability during game. So I'll be looking to see how you perform when you are behind and how you perform when you are ahead, and yes these things are important to me.
