Skarner Visual Clarification

Hello everybody,

I don't know, if it's a bug I or the casters encountered while spectating games, but I would like more visual clarification who "owns" a spire created from Skarners passive. Every game I watched so far showed every "circle" as blue regardless which team owned the spire. True there is the indicator on the Minimap in the right color, but I feel it would be better, if the circle was in the teams color for the spectators and respective for the spectators audience convenience.
