None of us can deny how much he has contributed to the world of Esports since Season 1.

Now, I will say it fron and center, I am not a TSM nor Dyrus fan, but after his interview, I owe him nothing but respect.

Dyrus, your life of profesional League of Legends may have ended, but you are a legend to us no matter where you go!

Both big name guys who where there from the beginnings of League, did a lot for league, and gathered a huge fanbase. Both 'quitting' in there own way. (Though I think Dunkey pulled back on his, and 'retiring' probably doesn't mean 'quitting,' but it might.) Both names start with D? lol

Mostly just thinking of the difference in their goodbye's. Dunkey- I'M DONE WITH LEAGUE. This game isn't good anymore. (Not exact quotes, but..you probably saw the youtube video, you get the idea.) Dyrus- I LUB YOU GUYS SO MUCH item 3070 But it's time to open a new book.

Definetly a remarkable difference in the way he carried himself and how Dunkey carried himself. Dunkey literally makes nothing but "I HATE BLANK" videos now. I know that watching Dyrus inspired me with cool tricks to try at top early on. Dunkey makes me want to disown him as ever being part of the community or League.

Dyrus has long been one of my favorite TSM players, alongside with Xpecial (who left) and Bjergsen (who hasn't been with the team for that long). I'm sad to see him leave and wish him well in his next endeavours!

used to play with him all the time in beta, in the tsm vent. Tbh idk how he ever got to where he was, he was never really that good. He'd always run stuff like Katarina with banshees rush (back when she was complete garbage).

Dyrus has always been my favorite LoL player. I would say he is easily one of the best toplaners in the world, but that he gets camped so much, it gives him a hard time having as much of an influence in the game. I never felt like Dyrus left us down. He has been a consistent power among TSM, the rock in which the rest of team builds their tower. Dyrus has really been a positive force in my LoL playing, and has definitely influenced me to play certain champs that I love, but would never have played without him. I love to see him on Gnar, I wish the team would let him build more damage once in a while though :) . I really hopes he continues to stream LoL.

The title makes it sound like you're shaming those who 'hate' on TSM. I'll stand by what I think though. They have been playing horribly over the past few months, and the team could do with an overhall with newer member with greater talent. I'm not going to feel ashamed to say that they having been terrible, nor for even saying that Dyrus was a poor player in the last few months.
