How many regions of League is franchised? Additionally, what are the terms, startup costs, support and royalty information regarding franchising.

Right now only NA LCS, and China LPL are franchise, but China is it's own Franchise from what I heard so they do things differently as different region should I guess.

And from NA it was 10 million USD to be part of the Franchise for each Owner/Company.
