WatchDogs Legion1 votesRight now only NA LCS, and China LPL are franchise, but China is it's own Franchise from what I heard so they do things differently as different region should I guess.
And from NA it was 10 million USD to be part of the Franchise for each Owner/Company.
GeminiRune1 votesSupporting (and correcting slightly), LCS, LEC, and LPL are franchised among major regions. Off the top of my head, the TCL Turkish league and LCL Russian league are also franchised.
