Quarterfinal Tickets, Chicago: Did Ticketmaster fail anyone else this morning?

So I heard from a friend that the website was bugged out this morning but the app worked fine. Did anyone else have problems buying tickets from the website? It pushed me back to queue twice when I tried to click continue with 1+ minutes to spare. The third time it dropped me post payment in this weird limbo order/complete page that had nothing on it except a return to event page option, I don't even know if my order went through (I'm assuming not since no e-mail).

*Adding the Yes, no tickets left option because that's technically not TM's fault if tickets were sold out so I wanted to separate that from the Yes, Website bugged out or the Yes, App bugged out. I'm genuinely curious if their website was at fault. If I should buy finals tickets using the app next time (they have an App???)
