League Regional Fairness

So after watching worlds for a bit, I noticed something that annoyed me. Black sword said in the pregame video that they thought that they had an advantage, because Gambit wouldn't have seen their matches.

This got me thinking, and I remember Cloud 9 saying that they had trouble researching some of the Korean teams.

Shouldn't there be a central repository of official matches for the teams that play in the regions that play in world.

Its not really fair for some teams to be able to hide their game from the others that they may play against.

Thoughts/Criticism/Ideas?

There might already be a way to view the other regions matches, but if there isn't I completely agree.

This got me thinking, and while this may be a bit off topic, i feel like those who did NOT participate in the grouping stage actually had a disadvantage from not having played any actual matches (though they certainly had skrims) until their first best of 3. I feel if you have already participated in many games in a tournament, you are much more mentally prepared than someone who is just playing their first matches. Notice how neither C9 NOR Black sword won their first game. Of course, 2 does make a pattern, but it is interesting.

What needs to happen is teams need to have scouts. Like it basketball where this person will go over to other regions and watch teams that are most likely to make it to worlds and bring back that information to their team. Watch happens and champs they like. I have heard a lot of team from other regions do not steam and try very hard to hide their matches.
