why attending esports EVENT?
Any of you have attended the esports event in person? (the one hosted in sport-like stadium). Why would people do that and what kind of experience did you have... just curious...

Lots of crowd involvement. The game is still watched on a large screen, and the seating might not be as Ideal as say, your chair at your desk may be, but the energy of being there and seeing it live is what makes people go to these events.
I've been in a few small/medium scaled Smash 4 events, it's actually a lot of fun to cheer for your favorite team/player. It's almost like going to a Football game. You're not playing, but it's still exciting and cool.
I've gone to the NA LCS before, during the spring split last year. It was a blast, it's a really well done event and there's tons of crowd participation.
Because it's amazing to watch? It's just as fun as watching any other sport in person. Plus I got to meet all the teams. I went to the Spring Split finals here in Vegas two months ago. Got pics with all the teams that played, and the casters! Also so much free swag.
