Challenger rewards 2017

Will this year's challenger rewards be granted to all the challenger players regardless of the type of queue? I mean, will all the 450 (200+200+50) players earn them? What will happen if one person is in the challenger tier in one than more queue? When can we expect the rewards announcement?

I think last year riot said if you had more than one account you would get rewards per account
