SKT should play to win. It would be unprofessional not to.
Which isn't to say they will win. I was thinking before the C9 game that C9 would win but SKT would lose. We'll see what happens.
As for "fighting" for the spot: the fight has already happened. FW lost twice to IMay and C9 beat IMay twice and went 1-1 with FW. FW needs to fight to earn their right to play for quarters. C9 had to win 3 games, so letting FW get a third win for free would be more "giving" to FW than winning against them is "giving" to C9.
SKT also have never beaten FW before. This worlds and previous. It may be against their best interests to let a team that they know can beat them have a chance to move on, rather than guaranteeing a team they eat for breakfast moves on.
