Will they ever get better live streaming?

I'm so tired of the e-sports live streams. Twitch can't match the video to the sound and YouTube constantly image freezes while the sound continues to play. Is anyone ever going to address these issues? I never have problems with any other stream just league streams.

Hmm I've never seemed to ever have a problem with League livestreaming I've used Twitch and Azubu alot.
