Please Make it Clear(er) How to Level Up Yourself in the Boards

Pretty much everywhere on the Boards (except for making this topic, apparently), it won't let me participate in the LoL forums because I must be Level 7, and yet nowhere does it explicitly say how to level up.

What gives? Why the level minimum, or at least where does it explain how to level up your profile to begin participating in the forums?

It is tied to your in-game level. You have to have an active League of Legends account to post, is basically the idea.

Try it again. Sometimes you have to make a post to get the boards to sync your account level.
