Inconsistency in visibility

I really want to point out how great it is to have arbiters and wardens putting a lock emoji In the titles of threads they lock, however I have noticed that many locked threads don't receive this treatment. I often find myself clicking into threads on here that are locked, and can sometimes be flustered when I go in expecting to comment but am unable to comment. I'm just wondering if an automated lock feature could be implemented to make it less work for arbiters and wardens and also create more consistency in thread moderation, even if it's a different notion of showing that the thread is locked.
